Three presses employed, 1000, 600 and 500 ton producing both round, semi and non-symmetrical forgings.
Round and Semi Symmetrical

• Weight range 0.3 to 6.6kgs.
• Max. diameter 160mmØ
• Max. length (height) 150m/m
• Pierced hole min 15m/m dependent on depth

Non Symmetrical
This type of forging is limited to forgings not requiring large changes in cross section along their length.

• Weight range 0.12 to 6.6kgs
• Max. length 285m/m
• Max. width 110m/m
• Max. thickness 100m/m
